I had an excellent experience with Van Amstel Diamond. Everything worked out perfectly from start to finish. Tim is a true professional — patient, attentive to every detail, and great at communication. He kept me updated at every step of the process: from choosing my own stone and ring setting to virtual design and to the final product. He even showed me detailed videos of the stone, the certification, and finally a video of the finished ring. The whole process went very smoothly, and the result is absolutely stunning. I couldn’t be happier — I highly recommend Tim and Van Amstel Diamond!

I would also like to mention the goldsmith, whose craftsmanship was truly impressive. The quality of the work and the attention to detail on the ring are outstanding, and it is clear that great care and expertise went into creating it.

Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my purchase. The ring is beautiful and exactly as described. I truly appreciate the professionalism, the clear communication from Tim, and the excellent work of the goldsmith. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for quality, trust, and a great customer experience.
